At US Precious Metals we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
So if you're displeased with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return your coins to United States Precious Metals within 7 days of receipt, unless it was a FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE item. There is no return on those items.
We invite you to carefully inspect and evaluate your coins during this 7-day period.

If you decide to return your coins you must notify USPM's Customer Service Department by telephone. Call (800) 435-0575during normal business hours within seven (7) days of receiving your merchandise.
Customer Service will give you instructions how to return your items. At that time, you will also be given an RMA number (Return Authorization Number). Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
You must return coins in the same condition you received them. You must box the items in their original packaging, and you must include the receipt.
USPM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that fails to comply with these requirements.
We may charge a $50 processing fee on all exchanges. We reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement before issuing a refund. We will issue a refund if an acceptable replacement is not available.
We will process your refund after the returned item(s) have been received and verified.
USPM reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $50.00 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all refunded orders. On bullion orders you may, at our discretion, be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds remains the property of United States Precious Metals.
At our discretion, we may issue refunds via USPM store credit redeemable for future purchases, in lieu of issuing a cash refund.
We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, USPM has the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
If the item price is incorrect we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without order.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
